We repair iPhones at our shop in Taigum Square Shopping Centre, 217 Beams Road, Taigum QLD 4018. Bring in a cracked screen, a battery that no longer gets you through the day, broken back glass or a phone that won't charge. Most of these are fixed while you wait.

We've been at Taigum Square for over 10 years and have repaired more than 30,000 devices. iPhone repairs carry our 180-day warranty on parts and labour (90 days for batteries). It covers a fault in the part or in our work; a new drop, crack or liquid damage isn't covered.

iPhone Screen Replacement — LCD and OLED options for all models from iPhone 6 to iPhone 18 Pro Max, including iPhone 17, 17 Air and 17e.
iPhone Battery Replacement — For an iPhone that shuts down early or won't last until evening. We read the battery's health before and after fitting, and most take 20 to 40 minutes.
iPhone Back Glass Repair — Cracked rear glass panels replaced for iPhone 8 and newer models, usually the same day.
iPhone Charging Port Repair — Lightning and USB-C ports cleaned, repaired or replaced, with micro-soldering when the fault is on the board. Sometimes packed lint is the whole problem.
iPhone Camera Repair — Front and rear camera modules replaced for blurry photos, a cracked lens or a camera that won't focus.
iPhone Housing Repair — A bent or dented frame replaced, with your screen, battery and other parts moved into the new housing.

What to Expect

The check is free. You get the exact price for your model, and nothing is done until you say yes
Screens, batteries and charging ports usually take 30 to 60 minutes. If your part has to be ordered, you'll know how long before you decide
Back up to iCloud or a computer first if the phone still works. Repairs rarely touch your data, but a copy is worth having
We fit quality aftermarket parts and test them before and after fitting. Genuine Apple parts are mostly supplied through Apple's own repair network
On recent iPhones, a non-Apple screen or battery shows an "Unknown Part" message in Settings → General → About. The part works the same
Once an iPhone has been opened, by anyone, don't count on its water resistance

Still Under Apple's Warranty?

If your iPhone is under Apple's warranty and the fault is one Apple covers, take it to Apple first: it's free. Accidental damage, like a cracked screen or a phone that's been in water, usually isn't covered, and that's where we can help, usually while you wait. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Same-Day iPhone Repair in Taigum

Walk in any day; you don't need an appointment. We're open 7 days a week, including most public holidays, and until 8pm on Thursdays. The shop is between Lowes and Big W, next to the main food court, and parking at Taigum Square is free.
